Addressing Healthcare Challenges Internationally

Leveraging expertise in "Healthcare × IT" developed in Japan—one of the world's most advanced aging societies and a front-runner in addressing healthcare challenges—Medley aims to solve healthcare issues not only domestically, but also in markets around the world.

Recruitment Support in the U.S. Healthcare Industry

In the United States, where population aging is advancing much like in Japan, demand for healthcare continues to rise. At the same time, the healthcare sector faces growing sustainability challenges, including burnout caused by an aging workforce and increasing operational burdens, regional disparities, and the need for talent development. In response to these challenges, Medley launched Jobley, a recruitment platform for healthcare professionals, in the U.S. in 2023. Jobley is currently focused on the dental sector and working toward product–market fit (PMF), with ongoing service improvements designed to address the latent needs of both dental practices and job seekers. By actively leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AI, Medley supports recruitment in the healthcare industry through improved efficiency in hiring operations and enhanced matching capabilities.

In addition, as part of its sustainability initiatives, Medley launched the Jobley Nonprofit Support Program to help reduce disparities in access to healthcare across the U.S.

In 2026, Jobley was recognized as a "Leader" in two segments within the Job Search Sites category on G2, the world's largest software marketplace. This reflects the product's early success in achieving strong customer satisfaction while continuing to expand the platform.

Looking ahead, Medley will continue to address local healthcare challenges while striving to be a service of choice for an increasing number of healthcare providers and professionals.
