Medley was founded in 2009 as a dot-com company specialized in the medical healthcare field. A long time has passed since our foundation, and the Internet has dramatically changed the world. Nevertheless, if you look into the medical healthcare field, there are still many unsolved issues. We strongly believe that more effective use of the Internet will allow us to create a better, kinder future for every patient and consumer.

The issues and challenges in this field sometimes involve life-or-death situations, and sometimes result in patient’s life-changing events. This is why we are striving to be able to provide greater value to society in this field. It takes a long time, however, for the various stakeholders in this industry to come to agree on one shared solution, since industry associations and governmental authorities in this field view the issues from different perspectives. We always prioritize our customers. As we develop and provide Internet products based on this philosophy, we strive to create greater value in collaboration with the various stakeholders in this industry.

Our key success indicator lies in “long-term shareholder value.” By focusing on creating long-term value and continuing to do the right thing for the longer term, we believe we can create a better future not only for patients, consumers and medical healthcare service providers, but also for our shareholders and investors.

We are in the midst of tremendous change as new employees join every week, our organization becomes larger and larger, our customer base increases daily and the areas in which we can provide added value expand. We are thrilled to be part of this dynamic transformation, as we strive to strike the right balance between rapid growth for long-term revenues, capital management, streamlining our organization, and our social responsibilities, all the while seeking to improve.
