  • Kohei TakiguchiPresident and CEO, Representative Director

    Kohei Takiguchi founded Medley, Inc. in June 2009 with heightened awareness of issues with medical care based on his personal medical experiences and serves as CEO. Prior to founding Medley, he established Gemeinschaft, Inc., in the United States at the age of 17 and provided marketing and statistical research services in Japan and abroad.

  • Yosuke IshizakiSenior Vice President, Head of HR Platform Business

    Yosuke Ishizaki joined Medley, Inc., as Director in April 2015 and oversees the HR Platform Business as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Medley, he worked at Hatena Co., Ltd., and held the role of Director of the Media department at GREE Inc. and President of its subsidiary.

  • Takayuki NakamuraSenior Vice President, Head of Medical Platform Business, Division 1

    Takayuki Nakamura joined Medley, Inc. in November 2021 and directs Medical Platform Business Division 1 including the “CLINICS” cloud telemedicine system, the “Pharms” cloud-based pharmacy support system and the “CLINICS” application for patients as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Medley, he worked at Recruit and held the role of Director and Product Manager for travel, new business development, beauty and staffing businesses.

  • Yusuke ShimaSenior Vice President, Head of Medical Platform Business, Division 2

    Yusuke Shima joined Medley, Inc. in April 2016 and manages group companies and M&A as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Medley, he worked for Boston Consulting Group as a consultant in the healthcare industry after working as a gastroenterologist at the Japanese Red Cross Medical Center. He holds a Licentiate in Medicine.

  • Takayuki KanematsuSenior Vice President, Head of Corporate Design

    Takayuki Kanematsu joined Medley, Inc. in March 2017. He oversees the establishment and management of internal IT systems as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Medley, he worked on systems planning and cyber-risk consulting at consulting firms. Before that, he was in charge of the promotion planning and operation management of in-house IT at a major general trading company after he gained experience as an engineer.

  • Ryo KawaharaSenior Vice President, Head of Finance Division and CFO, Director

    Ryo Kawahara joined Medley, Inc., as Director in July 2016 and oversees Investor Relations, FP&A, Accounting, Tax and M&A as CFO. Prior to joining Medley, he worked on domestic and overseas funding and M&A advisory businesses at JP Morgan Securities.

  • Hayato InakawaSenior Vice President, Head of Human Capital Division

    Hayato Inakawa joined Medley, Inc. in September 2022 and has been a Senior Vice President since April 2023. He oversees HR, workplace and PR as Head of the Human Capital Division. Prior to joining Medley, he worked as the Finance Director of E-Commerce at Yahoo Japan, the head of Country FP&A at Amazon Japan, and the head of finance for Amazon Ads Japan/Australia. He also drove business expansion in corporate areas such as the finance division and HR of global companies. He has experience of corporate turnaround and M&A projects including the establishment of personnel systems at a consulting firm.

  • Sho ImanakaSenior Vice President , Head of Legal & Compliance Division

    Sho Imanaka joined Medley, Inc. in November 2021 and oversees the Legal & Compliance Division as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Medley, he worked on M&A and other corporate matters with leading law firm Mori Hamada and Matsumoto and became a partner in January 2021. He was admitted to the bar in Japan and New York.

  • Hiroyuki KomatsuVice President and President of Pacific Medical, Inc.

    Hiroyuki Komatsu has been Vice President of Medley, Inc since June 2023. He founded Pacific System Co., Ltd. (currently known as Pacific Medical, Inc.) in 1997, which became a subsidiary of Medley in January 2021, with an aim to develop medical IT infrastructure in Japan, after studying the wide adoption of IT infrastructure in the US. He was initially dedicated to the basic design and programming of electronic medical record, then expanded his focus to designing electronic health record to date. Through his efforts, he supports local medical institutions in building a network within the community and streamlining their operations. He studied abroad in the US in 1995 and majored in computer science at Temple University in Philadelphia.

  • Takeshi TeramachiVice President , Deputy General Manager of HR Platform Business

    Takeshi Teramachi joined Medley, Inc. in May 2015 and leads marketing at the HR Platform Business. Prior to joining Medley, he worked in sales, web marketing and product planning and served as manager of new business at Recruit. He also worked for a venture company as a board member.

  • Ryusuke InamotoVice President, CTO of HR Platform Business

    Ryusuke Inamoto joined Medley, Inc. in October 2014 and has been a Vice President since April 2023. He serves as CTO of the HR Platform Business. Prior to joining Medley, he was engaged in the design and construction of infrastructure for a variety of services in an Internet service company, and then engaged in the development of services related to Internet radio and music streaming as a back-end engineer. He also has had experience as an infrastructure engineer at an independent systems integrator.

  • Kiyoshi TanakaVice President, CTO of Medical Platform Business

    Kiyoshi Tanaka joined Medley, Inc. in May 2016. He serves as CTO of the Medical Platform Business. Prior to joining Medley, he worked for CyberAgent and was responsible for launching and developing social games and video services as a server-side engineer. He also worked as an application engineer in an independent systems integrator, and worked on the planning and development of various core systems at a consulting firm.

  • Masaya HakiriVice President, Head of Patient Engagement Group

    Masaya Hakiri joined Medley, Inc. in July 2016 and has been a Vice President since April 2023. He serves as Product Manager and UI designer for the CLINICS app and leads the launch of companywide functions of designers. Prior to joining Medley, he was engaged in Web design and UI design at a Web production company. He also had experience of graphic design at a publishing design office.

  • Goichiro ToyodaVice President, Head of Regional Medical Cooperation

    Goichiro Toyoda joined Medley, Inc. in February 2015. He drives DX(Digital Transformation) for local medical institutions as Vice President. Prior to joining Medley, he worked for McKinsey & Company and was engaged in strategic consulting on the healthcare industry. Before that, he did his initial training at Seirei Hamamatsu General Hospital and worked in the department of neurosurgery at NTT Medical Center Tokyo. He also studied at Children's Hospital of Michigan. He holds a Licentiate in Medicine.

  • Daiki OkiyamaVice President, Head of Accounting & Tax

    Daiki Okiyama joined Medley, Inc. in February 2022 and has been a Vice President since April 2023. He serves as Head of Accounting & Tax. Prior to joining Medley, he was engaged in accounting audits and internal control audits mainly of listed companies in Japan at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. Certified Public Accountant.

  • Noriyoshi OwariVice President, Head of Corporate Development

    Noriyoshi Owari joined Medley, Inc. in January 2019 and has been a Vice President since April 2023. He drives companywide M&A activities as Head of Corporate Development. Prior to joining Medley, he worked on corporate planning operations such as the formulation of medium-term management plans at Kakaku.com, Inc. He also has experience in retail sales Securities and M&A advisory at SMBC Nikko Securities Inc.

  • Yuta TamaruVice President and CEO of Jobley, Inc.

    Yuta Tamaru joined Medley, Inc., in May 2016. He serves as Vice President and also CEO of the US corporation Jobley, Inc. Prior to joining Medley, he worked on cross-border company legislation including M&A and business alliances at Paul Hastings LLP and White & Case LLP. He holds attorney qualifications.

  • Robert EarlyVice President

    Robert Early joined Medley, Inc. in September 2023. He is engaged in test marketing in the United States. Prior to joining Medley, he served as COO of a start-up company that operates a platform business globally. He also worked as Finance Director for AWS and Operations at the headquarters of Amazon.com. and as Finance Director and Head of Prime Video at Amazon Japan.

  • Koichi TanakaVice President

    Koichi Tanaka joined Medley, Inc. in September 2023. He is engaged in test marketing in the United States. Prior to joining Medley, he served as General Manager of Patient Care Solutions at GE HealthCare Japan. He also worked in sales, marketing, business development, and corporate strategy for global companies in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry in Japan and at their headquarters.

    Noboru Kotani has been an External Director since March 2018. He also serves as Representative Director of B-ClE Ltd., and External Director for Combi Corporation, Jins Holdings, Inc., SanBio Co., Ltd., and Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He was a Senior Vice President at the Boston Consulting Group and founded and served as Representative Director of Dream Incubator Inc.

  • Rina SakurabaExternal Director

    Rina Sakuraba has been an External Director since March 2023. She was engaged in strategic HR business partnership at multinational companies across the globe. In May 2020, she founded 35 CoCreation LLC., and supports companies and management executives in various stages through organization and leadership development activities, coaching and lecturing activities as CEO.She was appointed as the General Manager of Human Resources Division at GE HealthCare Japan in June 2017, then later served as the Executive Officer of the company.

  • Reiko NagatsumaExternal Director

    Reiko Nagatsuma has been an External Director since March 2023. She served as Managing Director of Twitter Japan from November 2021 to February 2023. She also served as Director of Seller Services at Amazon Japan, overseeing operations such as inventory storage and shipping services and global selling for sellers. She also worked in the various roles of product marketing and business strategy planning for online business at Microsoft Japan.

  • Keisuke HiokiExternal Director

    Keisuke Hioki has been an External Director since March 2023. He joined Boston Consulting Group as Partner and Associate Director from June 2020 to March 2023. He supported creation of Global organization and governance systems, design of corporate functions, and CxO advisory program for companies and government agencies in a wide range of industries. He also conducted consulting at PwC Consulting and IBM Business Consulting Services, and was in charge of the Growth Unit of the Global Management Institute as an Executive Partner of Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC.

  • Masahide KamachiExternal Corporate Auditor

    Masahide Kamachi has been an External Corporate Auditor since April 2017. He is a representative of Kamachi Corporation; representative of the Masahide Kamachi Certified Public Accountant Office; representative director of WILL CONSULTING, external director and Audit Committee member of Valuence Holdings Inc., and external director of IBJ,Inc. He worked on a number of accounting and tax consulting services related to M&A, capital policy, and IPO support at PwC Certified Public Tax Accountants. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Accountant.

  • Ryoko NagataExternal Corporate Auditor

    Ryoko Nagata has been an External Corporate Auditor since March 2023. She also serves as an Outside Director (member of the audit committee) of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., and an Outside Director of UACJ Corporation. Prior to that, she became the company's first female Executive Officer at Japan Tobacco Inc., in June 2008, when she was appointed Head of the Beverage Business, after working in the Pharmaceutical Division, Human Resources Department, and the General Manager of the Product Management of Food Division. Since then, she has served as an Executive Officer in charge of CSR and as a full-time auditor.

    Hiroshi Oda has been a Representative Director and CEO of MEDiPASS Co., Ltd. since December 2020 and oversees Business Headquarters and Business Development Department. He joined the company in 2009 as a founding member and was elected a director in 2014. He has led the growth of home medical care support business and developed MeDiPASS Academy and elderly home business. Prior to that, he joined Sun Life Corporation in 1989, where he was involved in development of new businesses as a manager of secretary's office.
